Allow me to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our shareholders and investors for their unwavering support of the Sanki Engineering Group.

Our new medium-term management plan, “Century 2025” Phase 3 has been launched this year, FY2022. While continuing to pursue the initiatives of Phases 1 and 2 of strengthening our core businesses, promoting growth strategies, enhancing the Sanki brand and reinforcing financial affairs, capital policies and the dissemination of information, in addition to the three policies of contributing to social sustainability, expediting workstyle reforms and making investments aimed at the next generation, the medium-term management plan will put the finishing touches on our long-term vision, “Century 2025.” We aim to accomplish even greater growth and expansion of the Sanki Engineering Group to build a more solid relationship with all our stakeholders.

The Sanki Engineering Group’s Long-term Vision and Medium-term Management Plan

The Sanki Engineering Group established its long-term vision “Century 2025” with sights set on 2025, the centennial of our company’s foundation. Through our long-term vision, “Century 2025,” we aim to further enhance our “quality” and “reliability” to become the ultimate “company of choice” for our stakeholders.

To achieve our long-term vision, we divided the ten year period from FY2016 to FY2025 into three phases, the third and final of which, “Century 2025” Phase 3, has started in FY2022. For details, see the Medium-term Management Plan Page.
