Fundamental Philosophy

Under the philosophy of "we will meet our customers' needs by working with them in good faith," which is listed in the Company Credos, the relevant divisions of Sanki Engineering have closely contacted each other in all processes from understanding customer needs to providing the customer with actual services, including design, development, construction and any other service thereafter. Thus, the Sanki Engineering Group has sought to improve customer satisfaction in an integrated manner.

Quality Management System

The Company has acquired ISO9001, the international standards of a quality management system, on a company-wide basis. The Company will provide facilities, products and services that can be used by customers without concerns about quality, using its highly reliable technology under its quality assurance system.

Share Information on Trouble and Claims

We treat information on troubles and claims as an important company asset, and we share details on the background to the occurrence of the problem and its status, using this information to help us prevent the same thing from occurring at other worksites.
We send bulletins on troubles and claims arising in the areas of sales, design and construction to managers in charge and prepare Troubles and Claim Reports that state corrective and preventive measures on the basis of these bulletins. In case the problem includes a technical cause that the chief engineers deem necessary to notify all employees, we issue technological instruction manuals and technological information to prevent the problem reoccurring.

Share Technology, Construction Method Improvements and Know-how

The Company has established the Construction Method Improvement Awards to recognize initiatives such as new ideas on construction methods and revisions made from technical viewpoints at actual construction sites. Among the Awards is the Customer Contribution Award to praise cases that led to work efficiency improvement for customers.
Cases considered for the Awards can be found on the Company intranet, so that improvement cases such as new ideas related to construction that were devised in the course of daily business activities, new technologies that have been introduced and changes in management methods may be shared and spread company-wide.
The Company also operates a bulletin board system on its intranet, Technological Consultations and Experiences, as a system to enable engineers to directly ask experts in the Company about technological problems or questions at sites. This system is designed for sharing technological knowledge across the Company as well. In addition, the Company issues News from the Chief Engineers each month to pass down advanced technological instructions from chief engineers.
